Write to people with Outreach
A first message and follow-ups to each result, approved first, stopping when they reply.
Put an Outreach block (in Actions) after the results you want to write to: new places, the contacts Apollo found, companies hiring. Pick Email or WhatsApp, write the first message (or leave it empty to use one an xMap LLM block drafted, such as email_subject and email_body), and up to two follow-ups after the days you choose.
- Approve each first (on by default): every first message waits on the Outreach page (under Results) and in the bell. Read it, rewrite it if you like, tick and approve; decline the ones that should not go.
- Pacing: at most so many messages a day from the block, and only 08:00 to 18:00 on weekdays in each receiver’s own time zone (from their city).
- The rules: your organization’s email rules and daily limit apply, every email has an unsubscribe link, and people who unsubscribed, bounced or complained get nothing. Never twice to the same person from the same block.
- Replies: a reply stops the sequence, tells the flow’s owner, and is forwarded to the owner by email.
Emails go from your own domain once it is verified (Settings, Email sender), else from xMap’s address as Your company via xMap Flows. WhatsApp messages go through your WhatsApp Business account; their replies reach xMap through a WhatsApp event block.
A test run only says who it would write to. Credits are charged as each message goes (the price is on the block). Replies are kept for a year. You choose whom to contact and are responsible for doing it lawfully.
