Never send the same result twice.
Only new drops items this flow already found, ever or in the last 7 or 30 days, matched by the item or by name and location, and adds first_seen. What changed reports items whose rating moved, whose phone, website, name or address changed, or that closed.
Both remember only real runs, so tests do not use up what is new.
