Plan the day’s routes for your reps

Put the stops in the best order, one route or one for each rep, with directions links.

Route planner puts the places that reach it in the best order to visit them in a day, from a start you pick (an office, a depot). It follows the roads, by car, on foot or by bike.

  • One route for every stop.
  • One route for each rep, by a field such as owner.
  • Share between reps: the stops shared out between 2 to 10 reps, each with a compact day.
  • Come back to the start, and Most stops in a route (up to 50).

Each stop gets visit_order, leg_km and leg_min from the stop before, arrive_after_min, the route’s totals and route_link, a Google Maps directions link. Google takes at most 9 stops between a link’s start and end, so long routes get a link for each part.

Put an Email or a Slack message after it to send each rep their route. A route planned once for the same stops is kept for 30 days and costs nothing again. When the routing service cannot plan a route, the order is worked out on straight lines: free, and the step and every email say the times are an estimate.
