Who can see what, including xMap
Private flows, personal accounts and xMap support access.
- A private flow is seen by its owner and the people it is shared with. A private flow that uses its owner's personal account is seen by its owner only; admins can pause or delete it without opening it.
- Results, maps, reports and dashboards follow the flows you can see.
- xMap support opens your organization only while one of your admins allows it, and every look is listed for your admins.
- Help improve Ask xMap (Settings, admins): when on, a flow Ask xMap built that you kept and ran can become an example for everyone, without names, email addresses, links, accounts, tables or code. Switch it off and nothing of your organization is used, including what it gave before.
