Share results out between your reps by area
Fair, compact territories, one for each rep.
Split by territory shares the items that reach it out between your reps by where they are: compact territories of about the same size. Pick a number of reps (2 to 12), or name them.
Each item gets owner (the rep) and territory (North, South-east, Centre...). Use them in an Email or a Slack message, or put Route planner after it with One route for each rep to give every rep their day in order.
