Only tell me what matters
Pick how many notices a day you want; the most important ones ring, the rest wait quietly.
In Settings, Notifications, How many a day: All (every notice rings), About 10 a day, About 3 a day or Only urgent.
Your AI employees’ news is ranked, by rules (no AI): urgent first (a flow that failed, an approval waiting, a budget that paused an employee, payments and credits, someone who wrote to you), then what matters (strong fits, a reply to your outreach), then the rest (daily notes, ordinary new results). Urgent always rings. With About 10 or About 3, what matters rings until the day’s number is reached, and the rest leaves a little room for it; Only urgent rings only the urgent ones.
What does not ring is not lost: it waits quietly in the notification centre (the bell), marked held back, and in the Team inbox. It does not pop up, go to your phone or count on the bell. With About 3 or Only urgent, optional emails of the kinds that matter less are held back too.
Sign-in codes, password and security emails, invitations, receipts and approval requests in the bell are never held back. The table under it still decides which kinds of notice you get at all.
