A monthly budget for each AI employee
A warning at 80%, a pause at 100%, and a raise in one click.
Each AI employee (each flow) can have a monthly credit budget of its own, so one busy flow never spends what the others need. Set it in the employee's panel (click its picture on Flows) under Monthly budget, or in the flow's ... menu as Monthly credit limit: it is the same number.
- At 80% its owner and the organization's admins get a notice, and the owner an email (under My flows in Notifications), once a month.
- At 100%, or when its next run needs more than is left, a live flow pauses: its schedule, app events and checks stop, and nothing more is spent. The notice and the email say why.
- Raise it in one click: the notice, the email, the employee's card on Flows and its panel have a raise button (half as much again). A flow the budget paused starts working at once.
- Set a number or take the budget off in the panel. Without one, only the team's and the organization's limits apply.
Its card on Flows shows the month's budget as a bar, amber from 80% and red when it paused. The budget starts again each month; a flow it paused starts again when you raise it or deploy it again.
