Results in Power BI, Looker Studio or Excel

A live CSV or JSON address your BI tool reads, which you can stop at any time.

Open it in the app

On Results, Live feed makes an address for one flow, one of your saved views, or all the results you can see, as CSV and as JSON. Your BI tool reads it whenever it refreshes, so a report stays up to date without downloading anything. The addresses are shown once: copy them then.

  • Power BI: Home, Get data, Web. Paste the CSV address and choose Anonymous; Power BI reads it as a table. Set Scheduled refresh in the Power BI service (up to 8 times a day on Pro).
  • Excel: Data, From Web, paste the CSV address. Refresh with Data, Refresh All, or set it to refresh every few hours in the query’s properties.
  • Looker Studio: Looker Studio does not read a CSV address directly, so put it in Google Sheets first: in a cell, type =IMPORTDATA("the CSV address"). Then add that sheet as a data source in Looker Studio; Google Sheets refreshes it about every hour.
  • Any other tool that reads a web address (Tableau through a web data connector, a script, a data warehouse loader) can read the CSV or the JSON.

What it holds: up to 5,000 results, newest first, of the flows the person who made the feed can see when it is read. Plain facts (the default) are what a public link shows: name, kind, place, address, rating, website, phone, score and the result’s other plain fields. Organization admins may also include the team’s working fields: the score, when it was first and last found, how often, and the flow’s name. A feed never holds notes.

Keep the address safe: anyone who has it can read the feed. Each feed can be read 120 times an hour; set your tool to refresh less often. Stop it on Results, Shared links: it stops working at once. A feed also stops when its flow is archived, its saved view is deleted, or the person who made it leaves the organization.
