Team inbox: talk to your AI employees

A note a day from each AI employee, one for anything urgent, and replies in plain words that it acts on.

Open it in the app

The Team inbox is the second place in the menu: a thread per AI employee you may see (a colleague’s private flow stays theirs). An employee has a thread once it works on its own or has written a note; to add one sooner, press + beside the filters and pick it (for the whole team), and Remove from inbox in its thread takes it out again.

  • One note a day, in its owner’s morning after its first run of the day: what it did, what it found (new ones, strong fits, this week against the week before), its best few, and what it needs from you.
  • One note for anything urgent: a run that failed (with Fix it), a pause because its monthly budget ran out, an approval waiting.
  • The notes are written from its runs and its report card, so they cost nothing.

Reply in plain words

  • A question, such as why so few this week?, is answered from your results and runs (one xMap AI answer costs a few credits; without it the rules answer, free).
  • A change, such as only independents from now on or add Lyon, goes through Ask xMap with its usual credits, is shown in words, saved, and can be taken back with Undo.
  • Pause, pause until Monday (it starts again by itself that morning), start again, run now and raise the budget work at once.

Viewers read the notes but cannot reply. A change to a live flow needs the Deploy right, as in the editor. Every change made from the inbox is in Activity.

Also in Slack or WhatsApp (the thread’s top, for the owner or an admin): its notes also go to a Slack channel, where a reply in the thread asks or changes it, or to a WhatsApp number with a link back to the inbox.

Notes come to the bell once a day (Settings, Notifications, Notes from my AI employees) and in your morning summary email. They are kept a year.
