Outreach
Outreach writes to each result for you: a first message, then up to two follow-ups a few days apart, and it stops by itself when they reply. By email from your own verified sender, or on WhatsApp. Every first message waits for your OK, item by item, and you can rewrite it before it goes. Their reply is forwarded to you and the sequence stops.

What comes out
Each item that leaves the block carries these fields, to use in the blocks after it as {{field}}.
In the run
A real run (Run once, or a live run): nothing is sent yet.
Queued: Each person becomes a sequence, never twice from the same block. Unsubscribed addresses and results without an address are left out.
Afterwards
Every few minutes, as messages come due.
Sent: A message goes when it is approved, within the daily cap and their working hours, and within your organization’s email rules.Replied: Their reply stops the sequence and is forwarded to the flow’s owner, who is told in the bell.
How to use it
Intro emails to new dentists
A dental supplier in Lyon writes to every new practice that opens, with two polite follow-ups.
Apollo finds the person, xMap AI drafts the message, Outreach asks before each first send and follows up until they answer.
Companies hiring, written to the same day
A recruiting firm in Toronto writes to the head of each company that posts a senior sales role.
Before: A researcher copied names into a spreadsheet and wrote each email by hand.
With the flow: The drafts wait in Outreach each morning; approving them takes a minute.
New shops on WhatsApp
Shop owners answer WhatsApp faster than email; replies reach the flow through a WhatsApp event block.
Owners of empty units
Venues for a conference
Good to know
- A test run says who it would write to; nothing is queued or sent.
- Emails follow the Email block’s rules: on the Free plan, people at your organization’s email domain; the organization’s daily email limit; every message has an unsubscribe link, and people who unsubscribed, bounced or complained get nothing.
- You choose whom to contact and are responsible for doing it lawfully (the Terms of Service); keep to people who would expect to hear from you.
- Credits are charged as each message goes, not in the run.
- Replies come back by themselves once xMap’s reply address is switched on; until then they go to the flow’s owner, who marks the sequence Replied in Outreach.
- Replies are kept for a year (the Privacy Policy).
Works well with
- Apollo: The people to talk to at each company, and the company’s details, from your own Apollo account (apollo.io): decision makers by job title with their LinkedIn and work email; or the company’s size, industry, revenue and LinkedIn page; or a person from their email.
- xMap LLM: Tell the AI what to do in plain words.
- Nearby places: Places around a point from xMap’s own places database (300M+ places, refreshed every month): pick the types of place (more than 5,000, such as Restaurant, Cafe, Pharmacy, Hospital or Gas station, or a whole group of them) and how far to look.
- Only new: Lets through only the items this flow has not found before, so a daily flow sends only what is new.
- Job postings: Live job postings: who is hiring, for what, and where.
- Filter: Keeps only the items that match a rule.
- Approval: Stops the run until someone says yes.
