Regional data sources
Country datasets such as property transactions, property listings in the United States, Japan and the United Arab Emirates, and road traffic history in the United Arab Emirates.
Regional data brings in country datasets xMap keeps: pick a country, then a dataset, then fill its filters (city, district, period, type, price...). You can make a country your default.
The United States, Japan and the United Arab Emirates each have Property listings: property for rent or for sale listed right now, around your places, in the Area of interest or around a point. Its settings take the place of filters; see Find property for rent or for sale near your places.
The United Arab Emirates also has Road traffic history: the cars counted on the road nearest each place, both directions, hour by hour since January 2021, with their average speed. Pick a period (the last 7, 30 or 90 days, the last 12 months, everything since 2021 or your own dates) and give back totals for each place (cars a day, the busiest hour and day, the slowest hour, the trend) or one row a month, a day or an hour. It is history; for speeds and congestion right now, use Traffic Flow. A Filter on Cars counted per day keeps the busy roads.
A dataset whose source is not live yet returns its sample records: free, and labelled sample in every email and message.
