Act from Slack, WhatsApp or Telegram
Approve runs and change a flow without opening the app.
The messages a flow sends to Slack, WhatsApp or Telegram carry what to do next, so your team can act where they already talk.
- Approvals: an Approval block that also asks in Slack, Telegram or WhatsApp gets Approve and Decline in the message. The run carries on or stops at once.
- Change the flow in plain words: reply in the thread of a flow's Slack list, for example send this every Friday instead. Ask xMap says what it would change; nothing changes until someone presses Confirm. It costs what a message to Ask xMap costs.
In Slack, only people whose Slack email belongs to someone in your organization can confirm changes. A link opens a page with a button, so nothing happens until someone presses it.
