Wait, and runs that carry on later
Pause a run for a time, until a time or a date.
Wait holds the items for a length of time, until a time of day or until a date (at most 30 days); everything before it runs and is sent first. The run shows as waiting and carries on by itself. Carry on now releases it early.
Long runs also carry on in parts on their own, so big lists finish.
