Approve before anything goes out
A person says yes, for the whole list or item by item.
- Put Approval before the sending blocks.
- Choose who answers: the flow's owner, the admins, or named members.
- Choose All the items together or Each item on its own (tick the ones that may go).
- Choose what happens with no answer in time: stop or carry on.
With Each item on its own, The approver can change lists fields the person who approves may rewrite for each item, such as email_subject, email_body written by xMap AI. They show as boxes on the approval page; whatever is ticked goes on with the words as they left them, so the email that is sent is the one they approved.
The people asked get a notice and an email, and optionally a Slack, Telegram or WhatsApp message with Approve and Decline, answered right there in the chat. Who answered, and what, stays in the run.
