How credits work
What is charged, when, and what is free.
xMap Flows is paid in credits for what runs: data found, AI used, messages sent. Every block shows its price in the editor.
- Only what runs is charged, and sending only for what was actually sent.
- Test runs send nothing and are not charged for sending.
- A failed run pays only for the live data and AI it used.
- Triggers, logic blocks and lookups in your own systems are free; blocks that return sample figures are free.
Your balance, the history of every charge and the credits each flow, person and month used are under Settings: Billing (or Credits) and Usage.
