Count what is around each of your places
Competitors, footfall magnets or services within a distance of each site.
Put your own sites before Nearby places (from My data, a webhook or a table) and set Pass on to Each incoming place, with counts. Each site then gets nearby_count, the nearest one and its distance, the average rating and how many are chains, plus a count per type. nearby_total is how many of those types xMap’s places database lists within the distance; with no filter of the block’s own (Only places that are open off), nearby_count is that total even past the 500 nearest a search brings back.
Add Demographics after it to give each site the residents around it. Together they make a site score: people, competition and access, ranked by xMap AI.
