A chat page for your flow
Let anyone talk to a flow on a page or on your website.
- Start the flow with the Chat trigger and give it a name and a welcome message.
- Set Chat page to On and deploy the flow.
- Open the flow's ... menu, Chat page link: copy the link, or the snippet that puts the chat on your website.
Each message is a run. Visitors get a fair limit of messages a day, and the flow's monthly credit limit applies. The Chat button in the editor lets you talk to the flow yourself before you share it, and Conversations in the ... menu lists what people asked.
Anyone with the link can write to the chat page, and what they write can steer what an AI agent sends. When its tools send (email, an app, an API, Outreach), the Chat block and Ready to go live suggest Add an approval step: one click puts an Approval after the agent. The agent still answers visitors at once; what it sends waits until someone on your team approves it, and nothing goes out when it is declined.
