Find property for rent or for sale near your places
Shops, restaurants, offices and homes listed now on public property sites in the United States, Japan and the United Arab Emirates, with price, size and price per m2: three datasets in Regional data.
Property listings are three datasets of Regional data: pick the country United States, Japan or United Arab Emirates, then the dataset Property listings. They bring in property listed right now on public property sites, read live by xMap’s property service. Each covers its own country only: places elsewhere are left out, never charged, and the step says how many. To look in more than one country, use one Regional data block for each.
- Where: around each place that reaches it (your stores, schools or stations), each city or area of the Area of interest (within 5 km of its middle), or around a point. Within sets how far from a place a listing counts, from 100 m to 5 km.
- Property type: retail, restaurant, office, condo, house or apartment, or every type. Deal: for rent, for sale or both. Prices are in the local currency (US dollars, Japanese yen or UAE dirhams); a month for rent (in the UAE a yearly rent is counted as a twelfth, and the listing’s own words keep the yearly figure); areas are in m2.
- On the Japan dataset only: Walk to a station keeps listings within that many minutes on foot of the nearest station, and Listed or updated keeps the ones listed or updated in the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Pass on: the listings found, or each of your places with
listings_nearby,median_price,median_price_per_sqm,cheapest_price,nearest_listingandnearest_listing_m.
Each listing has name (its title), link (its page on the site), source, property_type, deal, price, currency, area_sqm, price_per_sqm, floor, built, the nearest_station and nearest_walk_min in Japan, its address and position, and when the site last updated it. Add Only new after it to be told about each listing once, and a Filter on Listing price, Price per m2 or Listings nearby.
The sites are read live, so a search takes a few seconds and a site can be busy: the step says how many sites did not answer and goes on with the others. Listings and prices are what the sites show; check a listing on its own page before you act on it.
