Ask xMap on WhatsApp: write, talk, send files

Once your number is confirmed in Settings, Your WhatsApp, write to xMap’s WhatsApp number and Ask xMap answers you there, working as you in your organization: What did my flows find this week?, Email me new pharmacies in Madrid every Monday, Why did my cafe scout fail?

• Anything that changes, sends or spends something (building, running, deploying, pausing, saving a file as a table) comes with Yes and No buttons; tap Yes, or reply YES, to go ahead. Each button answers only its own question.
• Voice notes are turned into words and answered with a voice note as well.
• Share your location and ask what is around you (cafes near me); the pin is kept for 2 hours.
• Send a file: a photo, a PDF (scans too), an Excel, Word or CSV file. It reads it and answers; say save it as a table to keep a list in My data. Files are kept 2 hours.
• Ask for files back: your results as an Excel or CSV file, a flow’s report as a PDF, or a letter or plan as a Word file.
• Call the number and talk with it; anything that would change something is sent to the chat as Yes and No, never done by voice.
• Several flows answering there: @name asks one of them, talk to name makes it the one that answers, flows lists them, and /xmap reaches Ask xMap again.
