Access keys
Personal keys, read-only keys and organization keys.
- Settings, Advanced, API keys and AI assistants: personal keys (
xfk_...), read-only if you want, ending after a year unless you choose otherwise. A personal key acts as you. - If you are in more than one organization, choose what a new personal key opens: only the organization you are looking at (the default), or all of yours. A key that opens one organization cannot see or change the others. The list says what each key opens; keys made before this choice, and assistants connected through the browser, open all your organizations.
- Team, API keys (admins): organization keys that belong to one organization, not to a person, with write or read-only rights. Use these for your company's systems and checks: they keep working when people leave.
- A key is shown once; delete it to end it.
