Reply to whoever started the run
Answer in the same chat, thread or API call.
Reply works out where the run came from and answers there: the WhatsApp or Telegram chat, the Slack thread, the chat page, or the system that called the webhook (as reply in the answer). Each incoming message can get its own answer, or the run one answer.
