AI agents with tools and memory
An agent that answers questions using your blocks as tools.
The AI agent reads each incoming message, thinks, uses tools and writes an answer.
Giving it tools
Link any block from the agent's purple Tools port: Nearby places to find places, Weather to check the forecast, a table lookup, another flow. Write {{agent}} in a setting to let the agent fill it (a city, a type of place); every other setting stays as you set it.
Memory and limits
- Memory: per conversation (by phone, chat or email), none, or shared by the whole flow. The last 20 messages are kept, and conversations are deleted 30 days after the last message.
- Most tool calls caps the work per message.
- A sending tool (email, an app) is never used while the agent thinks: a test run says what it would have sent, a real run sends it with the run's other sends.
Pair it with Chat, a WhatsApp or Telegram event, or a webhook, and end with Reply.
