Your AI employees as an org chart

See who feeds whom, and drag one employee onto another so it hands over what it finds.

Open it in the app

On Flows, switch from Cards to Chart (it shows once you have two employees or more). In the Team inbox, Team chart opens the same chart. Each AI employee is a card: its picture, role, what it works on, whether it is working, and this week’s numbers (found, runs). A click opens its panel.

Lines show who feeds whom, worked out from the employees themselves:

  • hands over: one employee hands what it finds to another (a Run another flow step).
  • read by: a Market analyst reads what the others find for its weekly brief (Team findings).
  • saved list: one employee works on a saved list filled with what another found.
  • same places: two employees that watch for what is new or what changed find the same places.

Hand over work. Drag one employee onto another (or use the share button on its card, also on a phone): a window says in words what will change, and Set up the handoff does it. The first one gets a step at its end that hands whatever it finds to the second, in the same run; the second gets a second way to start, so what it is handed goes straight to its first working step (for example xMap AI scoring) and on through the rest of its steps. Its own timetable stays as it is. Only real runs hand over. Undo right after, or the x on the line’s label later, takes both steps out again.

You can hand over only between employees you may edit, in the same organization; an employee that answers conversations, or waits for a time or an approval, cannot take a handoff. Phones show the chart as a list: each card with its lines in words. The chart shows only the employees you may see.
