Today’s visits in order: navigate, then say what happened, add a note and a photo.
An AI employee with a Route planner block puts the day’s places in the best order, one route for each rep when Split by territory comes first. Open Results, Visits on your phone: your own route comes first, then your team’s.
- List or Map: each stop with its number, how far it is from the last one, and the day’s progress at the top.
- Navigate opens the directions on your phone; Call rings the place when it has a number.
- Check in: say what happened (Visited, Not interested, Closed for good, Nobody there), write a note and take a photo. The photo is made smaller on your phone and kept with the result, for your team only.
A visit is kept in the result’s history with what happened, the note and the photo, so your team sees how each stop went.
