Send results by email
A ranked list, a report or one email per item.
Email writes to the person building the flow unless you change it. Once per run it sends one email with the list: each name links to its map page, phones are tappable, the score and reason show when AI scored it, and a button downloads the full list as a spreadsheet.
- Subject and message can use
{{field}},{{count}}and{{date}}. - One email per item sends one email for each item. Its To can be a field of the item, such as
{{contact_email}}or{{match_manager_email}}, alone or with fixed addresses, so each store manager, driver or clinic gets its own email. Items without a valid address there are skipped, and the step says how many. - Every email carries an unsubscribe link and no tracking of opens or clicks.
