xMap AI and agents

Your assistant’s email address (coming soon)

Coming soon: an email address of its own for Ask xMap, to forward an email to and ask Ask xMap to read, sum up or answer it.

Open it in the app

Once it is on: in Settings, Your assistant’s email address, press Switch it on. Your assistant gets an address of its own, your first name and four letters or digits. Copy it, give it to people, or forward an email to it. An email from your own account’s address counts as forwarded for it to work on.

Then ask Ask xMap, in the app or on WhatsApp: did anyone write to my assistant?, sum up what I forwarded, answer Sam that Tuesday works. It reads the text and the attachments (photos, PDFs, Excel, Word, CSV and text files, up to five an email of 10 MB each), and it can save an attached spreadsheet as a table in My data.

A new email rings your bell, and comes as one line on WhatsApp when you confirmed your number: at most one notice an hour, later ones summed in the next one.

An answer always waits for your Yes. It goes from xMap Flows as “your name’s assistant via xMap Flows”, says it was written by an AI assistant for you, and answers come back to your assistant’s address. At most 20 answers a day, and never to an address that asked not to get emails from xMap Flows.

Emails are kept 30 days and only you see them, not your company’s admins. Delete one in Settings, or Switch off, which deletes them all. Get a new address stops the old one. What emails say is other people’s text: Ask xMap never follows instructions in them.
