Your task list in Ask xMap
Keep a to-do list by asking, with a day for each task if you like.
Tell Ask xMap, in the app or on WhatsApp: add to my list: send the Lyon proposal by Friday, what is on my list?, done with the proposal or take the venue off my list. A task can have a day (and a time) in your own time zone, or none.
On a task’s day the bell tells you once in the morning, and if you get the morning briefing on WhatsApp it lists the tasks due today and any that are overdue. A task is not a reminder: for a message at a set time, ask for a reminder.
See, add, tick done and delete them in Settings, Your tasks. Up to 200 can be open at once. Only you see them, not your company’s admins; ones ticked done are deleted after 90 days, and all of them are in your data download.
