Company controls for Ask xMap on WhatsApp

Before you roll Ask xMap on WhatsApp out to your staff, an organization admin can set it for the whole organization on the Team page, AI assistant tab. Ask xMap in the app is not changed by these settings.

• On or Off: off, your people who write to xMap’s WhatsApp number in this organization get one short line that you switched it off, and can still use Ask xMap in the app. Someone in several organizations follows the setting of the organization the conversation is using; use another name switches it.
• What it may do there: Read only answers questions and looks things up (flows, runs, results, help). It does not build, change, run, deploy, pause or delete flows, or send files in the chat, and says so in plain words before any Yes or No. Also change and run is everything it does in the app, each change still waiting for the person’s YES.
• Download the log (CSV): what Ask xMap did for your people on WhatsApp in the last 90 days, from what they confirmed: when, who, which tool, which flow and whether it worked. It never holds what they wrote, the files they sent or what Ask xMap remembers about them: those stay their own.
