Every month: offices and coworking spaces, the 50 closest to one of your gyms, their HR manager from Apollo, into HubSpot, and a reminder a week later to follow up.

In one sentence: Monthly on the 1st at 08:00, in Singapore, find corporate offices, coworking spaces and business parks in the area, find the nearest of your points, sort them by gym_km and keep the top 50, find the HR Manager with Apollo, wait 7 days, then create contact in HubSpot and email the list to you.
