Every Monday: houses and condos for sale within 1 km of the best-rated schools in Seattle, only the new listings, with the price, size, price per m2 and the school each is near, the lowest price per m2 first, for the families you work with, emailed and on a map.
In one sentence: Mondays at 08:00, in Seattle, find elementary schools and high schools in the area, find the house and condo listings for sale within 1 km of each place (United States), keep only new ones, sort them by price_per_sqm and keep the top 30, then email the list to you and show them on a map.
