Schedule
Schedule starts a flow on a timetable, so it runs by itself: every hour, every day, a few times a day, every week, every month, at exact cron times, or just once. Times are in the time zone you pick, public holidays and dates you list can be skipped, and the panel shows the next three runs before you deploy.
In the editor: Starts the flow on a timetable.

What comes out
Each item that leaves the block carries these fields, to use in the blocks after it as {{field}}.
Nothing of its own
Schedule starts the run; the block after it brings the items (a Map business scan, a table in My data, Job postings...).
flow: The flow’s name, for the subject of an email or the top of a message.date: The day of the run.
How to use it
New places every morning, only new
Every day at 07:00: the morning list is in the inbox before the team starts.
The weekly route sheet
A beverage distributor in Chicago plans its routes on Monday morning and wants every shop that opened during the week on the sheet first.
Before: A coordinator rebuilt the list by hand every Sunday night.
With the flow: The sheet is up to date when the planners open it on Monday.
Rain warning for site teams
A facilities company runs 40 outdoor sites and wants a warning on working days before rain, not after.
On these days skips the weekend, so nobody is messaged on their day off.
Road closures, three times a day
A city operations room wants a fresh list of closures and roadworks before the morning, midday and evening peaks.
Several times a day runs at exact times, not every few hours, so each run lands just before a peak.
A launch report on the day
An agency wants one map of every competitor around a client’s new branch, made once on launch day.
Once runs on the date you pick and then the flow is done, so nothing runs again by mistake.
Monthly merchant review
A payments company reviews its merchants on the first working morning of each month.
Before: An analyst checked a sample of merchants by hand, a few each month.
With the flow: Every merchant is checked on the map each month, and the closed ones are flagged.
Closures near tower sites in working hours
A telecom operator wants its field team to hear about road closures near its tower sites, every 20 minutes during the working day only.
A cron line says what the other choices cannot: every 20 minutes, from 07:00 to 18:59, Monday to Friday.
Competitors near my stores, every Monday
A weekly timetable keeps the report regular without anyone pressing Run.
Nothing on public holidays
A hotel group sends a daily list of new restaurants to its concierges, but not on public holidays when the desks are closed.
Skip public holidays passes over the holiday; the list on the next day still has only what is new.
Good to know
- Every 5, 15 or 30 minutes and Every hour can run on some days only and between two times, for example every 15 minutes from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Until earlier than From runs through the night.
- Beside Deploy the editor shows about how many credits a month the flow would use live: the runs its timetable makes in 30 days, at the cost of its last real run. It turns red above 20,000 or above your credits; set a monthly credit limit to cap it.
- A schedule runs only while the flow is live. Deploy it to start; pause it to stop.
- Live flows start within a few minutes of the time set, not to the second.
- Runs are at least 5 minutes apart, whatever the timetable says.
- Every run that finds something uses credits, and every 5 minutes is 288 runs a day: put Only new after the data block, so only what changed goes on, and set a monthly credit limit when you deploy.
- Now, when I deploy runs the flow straight away, once; Once runs on a date. After either, the flow is done; deploying again needs a new date.
- Holidays that follow the moon (Eid and others) are approximate: governments announce the dates each year. Add exact dates under Also skip these dates.
- A 29 February in a cron line runs on the 28th in years without one.
- Each run appears in the flow’s history with what it found and what it sent. If a scheduled run fails, the flow’s owner gets an email (at most one a day).
Works well with
- Area of interest: Sets where the flow looks: countries, cities or specific places, or areas you draw on a map.
- Map business scan: Finds businesses on online maps live: name, category, rating, address, phone, website and whether it is open.

- My data: Brings in a table you uploaded or a list you saved on the My data page: your stores, customers, target accounts or sites.
- Weather forecast: The weather forecast (Open-Meteo, from national weather services) for up to 16 days: temperature, rain, wind and UV.
- Email: Sends one email per run with all the items, or one email per item.
