New businesses routed by size: key accounts to Slack, the rest to a sheet
New businesses scored and routed by size: the established ones to key accounts, the rest to inside sales.
What it does
Every weekday: businesses that opened in your city in the last six months, only the new ones, scored by xMap AI; the established ones (many reviews) posted to the key-account team in Slack, the smaller ones added to the inside sales sheet.
In one sentence: Mon–Fri at 08:00, in Atlanta, find restaurants, clothing stores and 2 more in the area, keep only new ones, score and rank them with xMap AI, split them by reviews ≥ 100, then send message to a channel in Slack, email the list to you and add row in Google Sheets.
Why it is useful
A new business with hundreds of reviews needs a senior rep; a small one needs a quick call. This flow sorts every new opening the morning it appears, so each team only sees its own.
