The morning a rival slips, she knows
Elsa runs a phone repair shop on Södermalm in Stockholm. Cracked screens and tired batteries pay her rent.
Listen to the story:
The challenge
Seven repair shops sit within a short walk. When one of them slips, its customers go looking, and she finds out months later. Last spring a rival closed, and its regulars walked straight past her door to a chain store.
How the flow works
With xMap Flows, Elsa built Sentinel. Sentinel is an AI employee: a flow of 6 blocks.
Every morning at eight,
Every morning at 8 (Schedule)
across Södermalm,
Södermalm (Area of interest)
Sentinel searches the map for phone repair shops,
Phone repair shops (Map business scan)
spots any whose rating fell or that closed,
Rating fell or closed (What changed)
explains what it means for her shop,
What it means for her (xMap LLM)
and sends it to her phone on WhatsApp.

What it solves
- Rivals’ slips missed: solved by Map business scan and What changed
- News comes months late: solved by Schedule and WhatsApp Business
- Customers walk past: solved by xMap LLM and WhatsApp Business
The result
In March, Sentinel tells her a rival’s rating fell from four point six to three point eight in two weeks. Elsa puts a same-day promise in her window and online. Within a month, twenty-three new customers mention the other shop by name.
When a rival stumbles, Elsa’s door is already open.
An illustrative scenario: the figures are modelled to show what the flow produces, not a customer's results.
