What opens near my stores
New places opening within 1 km of each of your stores, every week.
What it does
Every week: new places opening within 1 km of each of your stores (a table in My data), only the new ones, by email.
In one sentence: Mondays at 07:00, take your table, find cafés and restaurants within 1000 m of each, keep only new ones, find the nearest of your points, then email the list to you.
Why it is useful
A new competitor next door changes a store's numbers. Store managers hear about it the same week instead of the next quarter.
Who it is for
Retail & franchise expansion. Expansion, real estate and network planning teams deciding where the next store or franchise goes. Every use case for retail & franchise
Best use cases
- A retail chain protecting its stores
- A pharmacy group watching new pharmacies
- A franchise watching each franchisee's area
What each run gives you
- An email to store managers
The time it saves
Mondays at 07:00. Doing the same work by hand takes about 45 minutes each time; it runs about 4 times a month, so it saves about 3 hours a month (an estimate). It is easy: 6 blocks.
