Two hundred dealers, checked every Sunday night
Nina manages the dealer network for a Swiss watch brand in Zurich. Two hundred shops sell its watches.
Listen to the story:
The challenge
Her dealer list is a spreadsheet that ages every day. Shops move, rename or quietly close, and the store finder keeps sending customers to them. A visitor from Tokyo once walked to an address that had become a bakery.
How the flow works
With xMap Flows, Nina built Meridian. Meridian is an AI employee: a flow of 6 blocks.
Every Sunday night,
Every Sunday night (Schedule)
Meridian reads the two hundred dealers,
Our 200 dealers (My data)
looks each one up on the map,
Each dealer itself (Map business scan)
spots any that closed, moved or changed their name,
Closed, moved or renamed (What changed)
updates the dealer sheet,
Dealer list fixed (Google Sheets)
and emails the area manager.

What it solves
- A list that ages: solved by Map business scan and What changed
- Customers sent wrong: solved by Google Sheets
- Hours checking shops: solved by Schedule and Email
The result
This week, Meridian finds two dealers closed and one moved across the Limmat. By Monday morning the sheet is right, and the store finder reads from it. Nina’s team spends the week selling watches, not checking addresses.
Nina’s dealer list no longer ages. It wakes up right every Monday.
An illustrative scenario: the figures are modelled to show what the flow produces, not a customer's results.

Our 200 dealers
Brings in a table you uploaded or a list you saved on the My data page: your stores, customers, target accounts or sites.
- 3
Each dealer itself
Finds businesses on online maps live: name, category, rating, address, phone, website and whether it is open.
- 4
Closed, moved or renamed
Lets through only the places this flow found before whose details changed since: closed, a rating that moved, a new phone or website, a new name or address, or any field you name.
