Your data

My data

My data brings your own places into a flow: a table you uploaded (right in the block, or on the My data page: your stores, customers, depots, sites) or a list of results you saved. Each row becomes an item with its columns as fields, and latitude and longitude columns become its position, so the blocks after it can search around each place, score it, match it or put it on a map. Use it to start a flow from your own places, or to check the same list on a schedule.

In the editor: Brings in a table you uploaded or a list you saved on the My data page: your stores, customers, target accounts or sites. Use it to start a flow from your own places, or to watch a list every day.

Tables and saved lists from the My data page.

Needed before the flow can run.

What comes out

Each item that leaves the block carries these fields, to use in the blocks after it as {{field}}.

From a table

One item per row, with every column of the table as a field.

  • (your columns): Each column by its name in the first row, as text.
  • lat, lng: The position, from columns called lat/latitude/y and lng/lon/long/longitude/x.
  • name: Taken from a column called name, title, label, store, site, branch, company or account when there is no name column.

From a saved list

One item per saved result, with the fields it had when it was found.

  • name, category, city: As the result was found.
  • lat, lng: Its position.
  • status: Its status on the Results page: new, contacted, won or ignored.
  • record_id: The result’s ID, linking back to its record page.

How to use it

Retail

What opens near my stores

My data brings in your stores; the scan then looks for new places within 1 km of each one.

B2B sales

Watch my target accounts

A saved list of target accounts, checked every week: each one is looked up on the map for its current rating, status and phone.

Retail

Count the cafes near each store

A coffee chain wants to know which of its stores face the most competition.

Each store keeps its own columns (manager, region) and gets places_nearby, so the email reads like your store list.

Logistics

The nearest depot to every new customer

A delivery company keeps its depots in a table and wants each new customer matched to the closest one.

The same depots table feeds Find nearest; update it on the My data page and every flow that uses it follows.

Real estate

Weather and surroundings for every site we manage

Your sites have positions, so Weather forecast can work on each of them.

Banking and payments

Score our own branch list

A bank uploads its branches and asks how each one’s surroundings have changed this quarter.

Before: The network team rebuilt the analysis by hand every quarter.

With the flow: The sheet fills itself with each branch’s count of shops nearby and a score.

Healthcare

Clinics we already work with, checked for closures

A saved list keeps the clinics you chose on the Results page; looking each one up shows which ones closed.

Good to know

  • Upload a CSV or paste a Google Sheet link right in the block’s settings, or use the My data page: up to 5,000 rows and 40 columns. Rows without latitude and longitude get a position from their address or city columns. Rows can also be added through the API.
  • Latitude and longitude are read from common column names, with a dot or a comma as the decimal mark. Rows without them still come out, just without a position.
  • Column values come in as text; blocks that compare numbers (Filter, Sort) read them as numbers.
  • A saved list keeps the fields its results had when they were saved; run them through Map business scan with Each place itself to refresh them.
  • The table is read on the server when the flow runs. The editor’s preview shows a few sample rows until then.
  • To start a flow when rows are added rather than on a schedule, use the New rows trigger with the same table.
  • Free: My data costs no credits.

Works well with

  • Map business scan: Finds businesses on online maps live: name, category, rating, address, phone, website and whether it is open.
  • Find nearest: For each place, finds the nearest of your own points from a CSV you upload, for example the nearest ambulance to each accident or the nearest branch to each new lead, and adds its name and the distance.
  • Match with my table: Looks each incoming item up in one of your tables or saved lists (My data), for example your customers.
  • New rows: Starts the flow when new rows appear in a Google Sheet or in a table in My data.
  • Weather forecast: The weather forecast (Open-Meteo, from national weather services) for up to 16 days: temperature, rain, wind and UV.
  • xMap LLM: Tell the AI what to do in plain words.
  • Show on a map: Shows the results as points on a map, with the area of interest.
  • Only new: Lets through only the items this flow has not found before, so a daily flow sends only what is new.
