Show on a map
Show on a map puts what a run found on a saved map: every place with a position becomes a point, coloured by category, by fit score or in one colour, over the Area of interest. Each run updates the same map or saves a new one. Open it any time on the Maps page, switch to clusters or a heat map, download it, or share it by a public link or on your own website.
In the editor: Shows the results as points on a map, with the area of interest. Each run saves the map so you can open it later under Maps, or download it.
Settings

Each run
Pick oneWhether each run replaces the points on one map, or keeps every run as its own map.
- Updates the same map One map that always shows the latest run. Its link stays the same.
- Saves a new map A new map each run, named with the date and time, so you keep a history.

How to use it
Watch new competitors
The same map each morning with the competitors that opened since yesterday, so the link on the team’s wall is always current.
New shops near each store, coloured by fit
A telecom operator wants its regional managers to see, every week, the new shops near its stores that could sell its SIM cards.
Coloured by fit score, the green points are the shops worth a visit first.
Road closures in my city
Updates the same map every morning, so the control room keeps one public link open on a screen.
One map a month to see competitors spread
A supermarket chain saves a map of its competitors at the start of each month.
Saves a new map keeps each month as its own map, named with its date.
A map the client can open without an account
An agency delivers a competitor map with every launch plan.
Before: Screenshots of maps went into slides and were out of date a week later.
With the flow: The client gets a public link (or the map in their own intranet page) that updates with every run.
Where the new restaurants cluster
On the Maps page the heat view shows the districts where new restaurants open fastest, to plan riders and sales visits.
Ships entering my zone
The ships that entered the port zone, on a map updated every hour.
Nearest ambulance to each accident
Each accident with a dashed line to its nearest ambulance, drawn on the map.
Good to know
- Only items with a latitude and longitude become points; up to 500 points a map. Items without a position still pass on to the next block.
- A map is saved when a run in your account passes, test runs included. The editor shows it in the run panel; saved maps are on the Maps page.
- Who can see a map follows its flow: a private flow’s map is seen only by the people who can see the flow, and admins. A public link shows the points with a few safe fields only (name, category, city, address, rating, website, phone, score).
- Updates the same map keeps one address for good. Saves a new map adds a map every run, so use it with a weekly or monthly schedule.
- Clusters, heat and points are views of the same map, picked on the Maps page; above 300 points it starts as clusters.
- Credits: 20 for each map saved.
