Every morning: the 3-day forecast at each of your properties, and when heavy rain is expected, a preparation checklist from xMap AI by email and WhatsApp to facilities.
In one sentence: Every day at 06:00, take your table, get the 3-day weather forecast, keep those where rain (mm) ≥ 10, write a summary of each with xMap AI, then email the list to you and send message in WhatsApp Business.
Why it is useful
Heavy rain damages buildings that are not prepared. A warning three days ahead is enough to clear drains and protect basements.
