New rows
New rows starts a flow when rows are added to a table your team already keeps: a table in My data, or a Google Sheet. Each new row becomes an item and its columns become fields; latitude and longitude columns give it a position on the map. Your team keeps working in the sheet, and the flow does the rest.
In the editor: Starts the flow when new rows appear in a Google Sheet or in a table in My data. Each new row becomes an item, with its columns as fields (lat and lng columns become a location).

What comes out
Each item that leaves the block carries these fields, to use in the blocks after it as {{field}}.
Each new row
Every column becomes a field with the column’s name, as written in the first row.
name: A column of the row (any name works).city: Another column.lat: Latitude (a lat or latitude column): with lng, the row has a position.lng: Longitude (a lng, lon or longitude column).category: Any other column, kept as it is.
How to use it
Score new leads from a Google Sheet
Sales keeps adding leads to the sheet it already uses; each new row is found on the map and scored without anyone opening the editor.
Check every new site the field team adds
A retailer’s expansion team adds possible store sites to a table as they visit them.
Before: Each site waited a week for an analyst to pull the competitors.
With the flow: The team has the competitor count and a satellite picture the same day.
New customers on the route
A distributor’s sales office adds each newly signed shop to a Google Sheet.
Find nearest gives each new shop its depot; the depot manager hears about it on WhatsApp.
Neighbourhood facts for each listing
An agency’s listings team adds each new property to a sheet with its position.
The counts come back on the same row, ready for the listing text.
New clinics to visit
A medical supplies company adds clinics its reps hear about to a shared sheet.
Before: Names in the sheet were often wrong or missing a phone.
With the flow: Each clinic is matched on the map with its address and phone before it reaches the CRM.
Orders from another system, through the API
A logistics company’s order system sends new drop-off points to a My data table through the API.
Rows sent to a table start the flow at once: no checking timetable for My data tables.
Complaints by location
A telecom operator’s support team logs coverage complaints with a position in a sheet.
Roadworks near a complaint often explain a cut cable; the network team sees both together.
Good to know
- The first look at a sheet only counts the rows already there; rows added after that start the flow.
- A row counts as new by its place in the sheet: add rows at the bottom. Sorting or deleting rows above can make rows look new or hide them.
- Up to 500 rows a run from a sheet; the rest are taken at the next check.
- A table in My data starts up to 5 live flows that watch it, with up to 500 rows a time.
- The first row of a sheet holds the column names; they become the fields’ names.
- Only live flows are started. Test runs use two sample rows.
