Rain warning for my delivery hubs
When rain is coming at a hub, a customer notice is ready for the ops team.
What it does
Every morning: the 2-day forecast at each hub, and when rain or strong wind is expected, a customer notice drafted by xMap AI for the ops team, by email and on Slack.
In one sentence: Every day at 05:30, take your table, get the 2-day weather forecast, keep those where rain (mm) ≥ 5, write a summary of each with xMap AI, then email the list to you and send message to a channel in Slack.
Why it is useful
Telling customers early about possible delays keeps complaints down. The notice is drafted before the rain.
