Changes at my key accounts, with what to do
What changed at your key accounts this week: closures, ratings, phones and websites.
What it does
Every Monday: check each of your key accounts on the map, what changed (closed, rating moved, new phone or website), and what the account manager should do about it from xMap AI, by email and on Slack.
In one sentence: Mondays at 08:00, take your table, look each one up on online maps, spot what changed, write a summary of each with xMap AI, then email the list to you and send message to a channel in Slack.
Why it is useful
Account managers learn about a closed branch or a new phone number when an order fails. This flow tells them every Monday.
