- Upload the candidate sites (name, latitude, longitude) to My data.
- Nearby places around each, Pass on Each incoming place, with counts: competitors within 1 km.
- A second Nearby places for anchors that bring footfall (supermarkets, schools, offices).
- Demographics within 1 to 3 km: residents and age groups.
- xMap LLM: score each site with your criteria; Sort and limit best first.
- A PDF report or an email to the expansion team.
