Job postings
Job postings finds the companies that are hiring right now, from live job postings: who is hiring, for which job, in which city and since when. A company hiring is a sign it is growing, so each one is a lead. Every company comes once, with the job title, the posting and company links, and with full details the number of applicants, the seniority, the job type, the industry and the description.
In the editor: Live job postings: who is hiring, for what, and where. A company hiring is a signal it is growing.

What comes out
Each item that leaves the block carries these fields, to use in the blocks after it as {{field}}.
Each company hiring
One item per company: a second posting from the same company is left out, unless One posting per company is switched off.
name, company: The company’s name.job_title: The job it is hiring for.location: Where the job is, as the posting says.city: The first part of the location.posted: When it was posted.job_url: A link to the posting.company_url, company_linkedin: Links to the company’s page (company_linkedin without tracking).lat, lng: The position of the job’s city centre (the posting gives no address).location_precision: Always city: the position is the city centre, not the office.
With Get full details on
Each posting is opened for its details.
applicants: How many people have applied so far.seniority: The level of the job.employment_type: Full-time, part-time, contract...industries: The company’s industry.description: The job description, up to 3,000 characters.
Anything else the posting gives
Any other field of the posting comes along as it is, named in lower case with underscores (up to 40).
job_id, ...: For example the posting’s own ID.
How to use it
Companies hiring near you
Job postings finds who is hiring sales staff; Map business scan finds each company on the map, because a posting has only a city; POI Intelligence adds hours, phone and website.
New companies hiring, daily
A company hiring store managers is about to open stores. Only new keeps the postings you have not seen before, so each morning’s email is short.
Companies with many applicants to screen
A staffing agency offers screening to companies swamped with applications for warehouse jobs.
Get full details adds applicants; Sort and limit on that field puts the busiest hiring managers first.
Businesses hiring cashiers
A payments company sells card terminals. Shops and restaurants hiring cashiers are opening or growing: the right time to offer them.
Before: Reps cold-called from old business directories.
With the flow: Each morning, the businesses that are hiring cashiers, with their address and phone, in the CRM.
New offices that will need connectivity
xMap LLM reads the description from Get full details and scores how likely the company is to be opening a new office.
Who will need more space
A commercial property team wants companies hiring fast in the city: they will soon need a bigger office or warehouse.
Before: Leads came only from companies that called in.
With the flow: A map of growing companies, refreshed every week, for the leasing team.
Brands hiring marketers
A webhook fills the keywords and the city from the item it receives, so one flow serves every search the team asks for.
Good to know
- Within keeps only postings near the place searched (10, 25, 50 or 100 km): the postings farther away, or whose place cannot be found, are left out before their details are asked for, so they cost nothing. Each posting then has distance_km.
- Postings are live, from job sites. Up to 100 a run (Most postings); a company with several postings comes once.
- With Where set to Automatic, the cities of the Area of interest before it are searched (up to 5), the postings shared between them; without one, the location you type.
- A posting has no address: lat and lng are the centre of its city (or of its region or country, when the posting names only that), and location_precision says city. Map links search for the company in its city. To find the office, put Map business scan after it, Where: Around each incoming place, Look for: Each place itself.
- Get full details opens every posting, which takes longer and costs one more credit per posting.
- Keywords are searched the way a job site searches them: a short title finds more than a long sentence.
- Only new after it keeps only the postings you have not seen before (it knows a posting by its link), so a daily run brings only the new ones. A company you know with a new posting comes through again.
Works well with
- Map business scan: Finds businesses on online maps live: name, category, rating, address, phone, website and whether it is open.
- POI Intelligence: Adds details to each place found by Map business scan: categories (cuisine), price level, opening hours, phone, website, amenities and a short description, and if you want them its latest reviews.
- Only new: Lets through only the items this flow has not found before, so a daily flow sends only what is new.
- xMap LLM: Tell the AI what to do in plain words.
- Sort and limit: Puts the items in order, and can keep only the first ones: the 10 best rated, the 20 nearest, the highest fit scores.
- Email: Sends one email per run with all the items, or one email per item.
- HubSpot: Powerful CRM that offers tools for sales, customer service, and marketing automation.
- Area of interest: Sets where the flow looks: countries, cities or specific places, or areas you draw on a map.
