Growing small companies for my business loans team
Small companies that are hiring, sized and scored for a working capital loan.
What it does
Every week: companies hiring managers in two cities, one per company, sized with Apollo, those under 200 people scored by xMap AI for credit appetite, the strong ones into HubSpot and emailed.
In one sentence: Mondays at 08:00, in Mumbai and Bangalore, find companies hiring for “store manager OR operations manager OR branch manager”, remove duplicates, add their company details from Apollo, keep those where company_employees ≤ 200, score and rank them with xMap AI, keep those where fit score ≥ 60, then create company in HubSpot and email the list to you.
Why it is useful
Hiring is the clearest sign a small company needs cash to grow. This flow finds them weekly, checks their size and puts the strong ones in front of your lenders.
