A Monday brief that beats the factory’s call
Luis runs the Guadalajara branch of a national staffing agency. He supplies operators and pickers to factories and warehouses.
Listen to the story:
The challenge
On Monday mornings, plants call wanting fifty workers by Wednesday. He hears about new plants on the radio, and about hiring drives when a rival’s bus is already at the gate. His Monday brief to recruiters is a guess.
How the flow works
With xMap Flows, Luis built Roster. Roster is an AI employee: a flow of 6 blocks.
Every Monday at six,
Mondays at 6 (Schedule)
around the El Salto industrial corridor,
The El Salto corridor (Area of interest)
Roster finds the plants hiring operators and pickers,
Plants hiring operators (Job postings)
reads the Jalisco business news for plants about to open,
New plants announced (News)
writes the week’s brief,
Write the Monday brief (xMap LLM)
and emails it to every recruiter.
Brief for every recruiter (Make a report)
What it solves
- Fifty by Wednesday: solved by Job postings and Make a report
- New plants heard late: solved by News
- A Monday guess: solved by xMap LLM and Make a report
The result
This Monday the brief names fourteen plants hiring and two new ones opening in spring. The recruiters spend the morning calling candidates, not guessing. When a plant calls for fifty pickers, Luis already has thirty waiting.
Luis’s Monday brief used to be a guess. Now it is a head start.
An illustrative scenario: the figures are modelled to show what the flow produces, not a customer's results.
