A factory hiring is a factory ready to buy
Marek sells used machine tools in Krakow, on his own. Lathes, mills and presses, mostly to factories in southern Poland.
Listen to the story:
The challenge
A factory buys a machine about once in five years, and nobody tells him when. Marek cold-calls from an old list of three hundred plants. Nine in ten say no. When one is really ready to buy, a bigger dealer usually got there first.
How the flow works
With xMap Flows, Marek built Radar. Radar is an AI employee: a flow of 7 blocks.
Every Monday at seven,
Every Monday at 7 (Schedule)
Radar finds the factories around Krakow hiring engineers and machine operators,
Factories hiring engineers (Job postings)
looks each one up on the map,
The factory itself (Map business scan)
skips the ones already in his customer list,
Not a customer yet (Match with my table)
reads each job ad for the machines they run,
What machines they run (xMap LLM)
keeps the best ten,
The best ten (Sort and limit)
and emails him the week’s calls.

What it solves
- Calls from an old list: solved by Job postings and Map business scan and Match with my table
- Nine in ten say no: solved by xMap LLM and Sort and limit
- Big dealers get there: solved by Schedule and Job postings
The result
This Monday, Radar finds twenty-three factories hiring. One in Wieliczka wants three machine operators for a new line. Marek calls before nine, and on Friday he sells them two used lathes.
A job ad is a factory saying it is growing. Radar makes sure Marek hears it.
An illustrative scenario: the figures are modelled to show what the flow produces, not a customer's results.
