AI employees that know the map
xMap Flows gives your team AI employees with real expertise and direct access to live location intelligence. They read the data, make decisions, automate the work and take action, then report in your inbox, your sheet, your chat or your CRM, every morning or the moment something changes.
xMap Flows: AI employees that know the map
More films: the product step by step, flows around the world and one for every industry
An AI employee is a flow with a job
Every AI employee has a role, something it works on, a time it works, the data it can read and a place it reports to. Underneath, it is a flow: blocks that run in order, which you can open on the canvas and change with a click. The Flows page shows your flows as your team, each one with its picture, its role, what it works on and whether it is working.
- Works
- Every weekday at 07:00
- Good at
- Nearby places, scoring with xMap AI, Only new
- Reports to
- Slack, the sales channel
- This week
- 38 found, 9 strong fits
The role comes from what the flow does: change its blocks and the employee changes with them. The same pattern answers very different questions: which companies near us are hiring buyers, which roads are closed this morning and which of our vans is nearest, which new competitors opened in our territory, how many clinics sit within two kilometres of a site, or what a customer asks our WhatsApp number at midnight.
Hire one in five steps
Most teams go from a blank page to a working AI employee in about ten minutes. Do each step yourself on the canvas, or let Ask xMap do them and check its work. The Help center walks through each step in detail.
-
1
Describe the job, or hire from a template
Tell Ask xMap what you need in your own words. It shows its steps as it works, puts each block on the canvas the moment it writes it, tests the flow on sample data, fixes what it finds and says plainly what is left, all within a minute. Or press Hire on one of 1,000 templates written for 40 industries, answer two or three questions (the city, the kind of place) and it starts working. Give it your company's website and it suggests the first hires for your business.
- Ask xMap explains, changes and fixes any employee in a chat next to the canvas, with Undo
- Templates say the job each one does and the hours it saves
- The home page runs a real one for any city, with no account
-
2
Tell it where to work
The Area of interest block holds the places an employee cares about: cities, whole countries, one address with a distance around it, areas you draw on the map, points you click, or a shape pasted from GIS. Every data block after it searches there. Find nearest adds your own sites, from a file or a table, so each result knows its closest branch, depot or ambulance. Travel area draws what can be reached from each place in a number of minutes by car, walking or cycling, so an employee searches where customers can really get to.
- Big areas are covered in parts, so nothing in the middle is missed
- A city can come with each request, so one employee serves every city
-
3
Give it data access
Pick what it reads: places of any of 5,000+ types from xMap's database, a live scan of online maps, companies hiring, road incidents, the weather, who lives around a site, a fresh satellite picture, ships at sea, the news from feeds and pages you choose, or a country dataset. Add your own: a table you upload, a Google Sheet, your PostgreSQL, BigQuery or Snowflake database, your CRM, or contacts from your Apollo account.
- Every block tells you what it brings and what it costs before it runs
- Fields flow from block to block, so any later block can use them
-
4
Let it think and decide
xMap AI reads every result and scores, ranks, labels or summarises it, always with a one-line reason. Rules do the rest: Only new remembers what it already sent, What changed spots closures and new phone numbers, Filter, Sort, Branch and Remove duplicates shape the list, Split by territory shares it fairly between your reps and Route planner puts each rep's visits in order, and Approval waits for a person before anything goes out.
- An AI agent can use other blocks as tools and remember each conversation
- Custom code and calculated fields for the cases a block does not cover
-
5
Put it to work
Press Run once to see real results now. Press Deploy, one click, and your new teammate works on its own: on a schedule, when your system calls it, when something happens in an app, when a row is added to a table, or when someone writes to its chat page. It reports to email, Slack, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Telegram, Teams, Outlook, a live map, any web address through the HTTP block, or your database.
- Test runs show exactly what would be sent, and send nothing
- Everything it finds is kept in Results for your team to work
What it hands you each morning

What they can see, and what is live today
We say plainly which blocks return live data and which return sample figures. Sample blocks are marked in the editor, cost nothing, and every email and message they feed says which figures are samples. This table follows the product: a block switched off is not listed.
| Block | What it gives you | Status |
|---|---|---|

Your own data works the same way: My data (tables you upload and lists you save), Database query and Save to my database for PostgreSQL, BigQuery and Snowflake, CRM lookup, Match with my table to skip existing customers, and MCP tool for any system that speaks MCP. Every block, with its settings, what comes out, use cases and a short film, is on the Blocks page.
How they think, decide and act
AI is not a chat window on the side: it is how each employee works. It reads every result, decides, writes and answers, and every answer comes with its reason. New to the words? AI agents, lead scoring and more are explained in Learn.
Ask xMap hires and fixes them
Describe the job; it chooses the blocks and settings, tests on sample data, fixes what fails and tells you what is left to check, within a minute. When an employee stops working it explains why and repairs it, and it answers questions about the product anywhere in the app.
They score every result
Score and rank, label, summarise, extract or read the job description, in batches of hundreds, with your instructions and reference files. Each score comes with its reason, and Ask why explains any result in plain words.
Some hold conversations
An AI agent gets a question on WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, its own chat page or your API, uses the blocks you give it as tools (find places, check the weather, look up your table), remembers the conversation and replies, while sending stays under your rules.
Your assistant can direct them
Claude and other assistants connect through the MCP server or the API, with a key you control: list your employees, hire new ones in plain words, check them, run them and read the results, as you and with your permissions.
Where they report
Your AI employees report where your team already works. Connect an account once, and every employee in your team can use it. The apps below are switched on today; more are ready and switched on when you ask.
Started by your apps
A new message on Slack, Telegram or WhatsApp, a new row in a sheet, a new event in your calendar: app events start a flow the moment they happen, and each call is checked the way that app allows.
Answers back
The Reply block answers whoever started the run, in the same place: the WhatsApp chat, the Telegram thread, the Slack thread or the chat page.
Shared with anyone
A map, a list or a dashboard can be shared as a link or embedded in your own site, showing only the plain facts of each result, never your notes or statuses. Make a report sends a branded PDF report or slides, and a live feed keeps Power BI, Excel or Looker Studio up to date.
Your people and their AI teammates
An employee that works every morning brings your people a fresh list, scored and explained. Your people decide what to do with it.
The Flows page is your team
Each card is an employee: its picture, role, what it works on and whether it is working. Its panel says when it works, what it is good at, who it reports to and its report card for the week.
Needs you
In the notification centre, behind the bell: approvals waiting for you, an employee that stopped working with Fix it next to it, and strong fits found today that nobody has touched yet.
Cards, table and map
Every result once, with the day it was first found, its score and reason. Add a note, send it to Slack or a sheet, or draft the first message.
Ask your results
Type a question, such as how many new clinics we found in Madrid this month, and get the number with the list behind it. Dashboards, a map explorer with a time slider, and PDF reports with your logo.
Results that come to you
A daily summary at 08:00 in your own time zone with only what is new, a Monday recap of the week, and notices on your phone or computer when an employee finds something.
Built together, in real time
See your teammates' cursors and every word they type as it happens. Teams with their own monthly quotas, sharing groups, viewers who see but cannot change, comments with @mentions and version history.
Your market and your team, in one place
What your employees find comes together on a map and in their own inbox, and each person has a first screen that fits their work.
Your market, on one map
Everything your employees found, as layers: prospects, competitors, new openings, closures, road incidents, who lives where and your own sites, with what changed this week. Draw an area to count it, or click any spot for a one-page site report with the price first.
A Team inbox
Each employee writes one note a day: what it did, what it found and what it needs. Reply in plain words to ask a question, pause it until Monday or change what it looks for.
A first screen for each role
Sales sees the best leads to call, an analyst sees trends and a map, operations sees alerts, routes and approvals waiting. The same data, three ways in.
As much freedom as you give
For each employee choose Ask me first, Act and tell me, or Fully on its own. Every week its report card says what it found, the time it saved and what it cost.
Visits on the phone
A rep sees the day’s stops in order, taps Navigate, then checks in with what happened, a note and a photo. Each visit is kept in the result’s history.
A chart from a sentence
Write what you want to see, such as new gyms per city this month, and get the chart. Pin it to a dashboard and it stays up to date.
They work on their own, and tell you when they cannot
Deploy is one click. From then on each employee works without anyone pressing a button, and you hear from it only when it matters.
When they work
- Every 5, 15 or 30 minutes, hourly, daily, several times a day, weekly, monthly, once, or a custom timetable
- Only between working hours, skipping public holidays in 51 countries
- When your system calls it through the API, when an app event happens, when rows are added, or when someone writes to its chat page
- When something changes near your places: a new place of a kind opens, a rating drops, a place closes or a road closes
How it keeps going
- Big runs carry on in parts, so long lists finish
- A block can try again, carry on without its result, or take a separate path when it fails
- Wait an hour or until Monday, or stop for a person's approval, then carry on
How you stay in charge
- One email when an employee stops working, one when it works again, never a flood
- Explain and fix: Ask xMap reads what went wrong and repairs it
- Choose how much each one does alone: ask you first before anything is sent, act and tell you, or work fully on its own
- Stop a run at any moment, pause an employee with one click, retry from the block that failed
Costs you see before you run
xMap Flows is paid in credits for what actually runs: data found, AI used, messages sent. Logic, triggers and lookups in your own systems are free.
Priced up front
Every block shows its price in the editor. Run once shows what a run will cost, and Deploy shows the estimate for a month before you switch it on.
Fair when things go wrong
Test runs send nothing and are not charged for sending. A failed run pays only for the live data and AI it used, and sending is charged only for what was actually sent.
Limits you set
A monthly limit for each flow, a monthly quota for each team and a spending limit for the whole organization. Nothing runs past them.
Plans and prices are agreed with each customer for now. Book a call and we will size it with you.
Start with free credits, then pick a monthly plan or buy credits that never expire. Every plan, pack and price.
Safe for your company
Built so that each person sees what they should, and nobody else, including us.
Your data stays yours
Each flow is private, shared with your team, with named people or with groups, and its results, maps and reports follow it. A flow that uses someone's own account is seen only by them. xMap support opens your organization only while one of your admins allows it, and every look is listed for them.
Sign-in your IT team expects
Company emails only, two-step sign-in (which an admin can require for everyone), Google and Microsoft sign-in, SAML single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, allowed networks, password rules and sign-in time limits, and roles with the exact rights you choose.
On the record
Sign-in details for apps are encrypted, emails carry no tracking, every change is in an activity log you can download, and calls made for you reach only the public internet. The Security page, Privacy Policy and Data processing agreement say exactly what we do.
Weighing xMap Flows against Zapier, n8n, Clay or a GIS? See the fair comparisons, including when another tool fits better. Everything else is in Resources: help, guides, videos, the API and what is new.
Running it for clients? Your logo and colour, emails from your own domain and the app on your own web address: see the Partners page.
Your own intelligence
This is where every company is heading: its own data and its own models in the basement, working around the clock. Above them sits an intelligence layer, and AI employees take a desk right beside your people, on every floor.
Nobody has to be replaced
Every person gets an AI teammate that does the watching, the checking and the first drafts. Your team grows without growing your payroll.
Your data, your models
Your tables, databases, CRM and reference files sit beside xMap's location data, and your instructions and reference files shape how your own employees score and decide.
Working 24/7
Every few minutes, the moment something happens in your apps, and at midnight on a chat page. Your AI employees never clock off.

What is an AI employee?
A flow with a job: a role, what it works on, when it works, the data it can read and where it reports. You hire one in a sentence with Ask xMap, or with Hire on one of 1,000 templates, and you can open it on the canvas and change any part of it.
Will AI employees replace my people?
No. Each AI employee does the watching, checking and first drafts for a person, and your people decide. An Approval step holds anything that matters until someone says yes.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Describe the job in a sentence and Ask xMap builds the employee, tests it on example data and fixes what does not work, or hire from one of 1,000 templates. Developers can still add custom code, SQL and the API.
Where does the data come from?
xMap's own places database of 300M+ places in more than 5,000 types, live scans of online maps, public job postings, road incidents, weather forecasts, demographics, Sentinel-2 satellite pictures, ship positions and country datasets, plus anything you bring: tables, your database, your CRM or your Apollo account.
Is all of it live?
Every block says whether it is live. The few blocks that only return sample figures are marked sample, cost nothing, and say so in every email and message they feed. The table above follows the product.
Can I try it before talking to anyone?
Yes. The home page runs a real flow on xMap's places data for any type of place in any city, with no account: find customers, size a market or track a brand.
How is it charged?
In credits, for what runs. Every block shows its price before you run it, test runs send nothing, a failed run pays only for the data and AI it used, and you can cap any employee, team or the whole organization each month.
Can AI assistants such as Claude use it?
Yes. xMap Flows has an MCP server and a public API, so an assistant can list, build, check and run your AI employees as you, with a key you control and can end at any time.
Who can see my flows and results?
You choose for each flow: private, your team, named people or groups. Results, maps and reports follow the flow. xMap support opens your organization only while one of your admins allows it, and every look is logged for you. More on the Security page.
Can it run under my own brand?
Yes. Your logo and colour, emails from your own domain and the app on your own web address. Agencies and consultancies can apply on the Partners page.
See your own city in a minute
Pick a type of place and a city, and xMap Flows runs a real one on live data while you watch.
