Sell location intelligence under your own brand
xMap Flows is a white-label platform for agencies, consultancies, integrators and resellers. Your logo, your web address, emails from your own domain and branded reports, with xMap's live location data, AI and 1,000 ready-made flows underneath. Build a flow for one client, run it for every client, every day.
Who partners with xMap
Any firm whose clients make decisions about places: where to sell, where to open, what changed around them, what to do next. You bring the client relationship and the know-how of their market; xMap Flows brings the data, the automation and the AI.
Marketing and digital agencies
Prospect lists for local clients, campaign targeting by area, reputation tracking of every location, and weekly reports with your logo.
Management and strategy consultancies
Market entry, network planning and due diligence delivered in days, then kept fresh as a monthly service instead of a one-off study.
GIS, data and analytics firms
Turn spatial analysis into running workflows: live data, AI scoring and delivery into the client's own tools, without building pipelines.
CRM, RevOps and automation agencies
Leads that arrive in HubSpot or Salesforce every morning, already scored, deduplicated and split between reps, plus AI agents on WhatsApp and the web.
Real estate and site selection advisors
Score any site in minutes, brief every listing on its neighbourhood, and watch rival projects from satellite.
System integrators and IT resellers
An API, client libraries and an MCP server to put location intelligence inside the systems you already integrate.
Telecom and software resellers
Add location intelligence to your portfolio for the small and mid-sized businesses you already serve.
Associations and chambers
Give members market and opening data for their area, and run sector reports under the association's own name.
Your brand, everywhere your client looks
Everything your clients see can carry your identity. Set it once in Settings; it applies to the app, the emails, the reports and the pages you share.
Your logo and colour
Your logo (and a version for dark mode) and your brand colour across the app, the sign-in pages and the organization switcher. Colours are checked for contrast so text stays readable.
Your own web address
Run the app on an address such as flows.youragency.com. Clients sign in there and see your name and logo; the xMap demo, showcases and booking links are hidden on it. Available on paid accounts.
Emails from your domain
Results, alerts, scheduled exports and approval requests are sent from your own email domain (for example reports@youragency.com), authenticated so they reach the inbox.
Branded emails and PDF reports
Your logo at the top and your colour on headings and charts, in every email a flow sends and in PDF reports, including the weekly or monthly report attached to scheduled exports.
Shared maps, lists and dashboards
Public links and embeds carry your logo instead of xMap's. Put a live map or dashboard on the client's intranet or your own website.
Chat pages and AI agents in your colour
Customer-facing assistants on a web page, WhatsApp or Telegram, answering with live places and the client's own data, in your colour.
Honest detail: a small "Powered by xMap Flows" line stays on sign-in and shared pages, and a few system emails (sign-in codes, password resets) come from xMap.
Run every client from one login
Each client is its own organization: its own flows, results, connections, people, credits and spending limit. Your team moves between them from the organization switcher.
Clients kept apart
Data, connections, people and results never cross between organizations, so each client sees only its own.
Budgets you control
A monthly spending limit per client, teams inside a client with their own monthly credit quotas, and a monthly limit per flow.
Roles for everyone
Your staff as admins, client staff as members or viewers, custom roles that allow or block deploying, sending, public links and connecting accounts.
Enterprise sign-in
Single sign-on (SAML) and SCIM provisioning for clients that require them, two-step sign-in, and security rules such as an IP allow list, session length and minimum password length.
Keys for integrations
Organization API keys that belong to the client, not to a person, read-only or read-write, with an end date.
A page for each client
A client view: a read-only page under your logo and colour with the results, a map and the weekly report of the flows you pick, opened by link without an account. Stop sharing it at any time.
A full record
Every change, share, deploy and run in the activity log (downloadable as CSV for client reviews), and every credit in a ledger.
Build once, deliver to every client
Your know-how becomes reusable flows. Build a flow for one client, save it as your team's template, and roll it out to the next client in minutes.
- 1,000 ready-made templates for 40 industries and every common use case, to start from instead of a blank canvas.
- Your own templates for your team, and template pages with a few questions (the city, the kind of place, where results go) that a client answers to get the flow in their own account.
- Ask xMap builds a flow from one sentence, tests it, fixes what fails and explains every block.
- Flows as files: export a flow and import it into another client's organization.
- Version history and two people editing the same flow, merged block by block.
- Approvals before anything is sent: you or the client approve the whole list or each item.
- The client's own data: CSV tables, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake and CRM lookups, to skip existing customers or enrich their records.
- Run another flow, variables, calculated fields, custom code and failure paths for the advanced work clients pay for.
- An API so a client's own system can call a flow and get the answer back.
- New data sources: xMap can add a block for a client's own data source without code.
What your clients get
Outcomes clients understand and renew for. Each is a flow you can set up from a template.
Leads every morning
New businesses that fit, scored by AI, with the decision maker, in the CRM before the sales meeting.
Sites ranked with reasons
Every candidate scored on competitors, residents and access, with a written case for the best.
Competitor and market watch
New rival openings, rating changes and closures around every location, every week.
Operations alerts
Road closures, storms, heat and ships at anchor, sent to the people who act, before the problem lands.
Reports and dashboards
Live dashboards, shared maps and scheduled PDF reports with your brand.
AI assistants
Agents with tools and memory that answer customers on WhatsApp, Telegram or a web chat.
The data and AI underneath
You do not have to buy, clean or host data. Every flow reads xMap's live data when it runs.
Traffic Flow gives live road speeds and congestion, not car counts; Mobility Footfall is live in most of the world, about 10 days behind. Catchment returns sample figures for now, and every result made from it says so.

Questions
Will my clients see the xMap brand?
They see your logo, your colour and your name, on your own web address, in emails sent from your own domain and in branded reports. A small "Powered by xMap Flows" line stays on the sign-in pages and shared pages, and some system emails (sign-in codes, password resets) come from xMap.
Do I need developers?
No. Flows are built from blocks, from 1,000 templates or by describing them to Ask xMap, which builds and tests them. Developers can use the API, client libraries and the MCP server when a client needs an integration.
How are my clients billed?
Each client is its own organization with its own credits and spending limit. Commercial terms for partners, such as credit volumes and how you charge your clients, are agreed with xMap. Book a call to discuss them.
Is each client's data kept apart?
Yes. Each client organization has its own flows, results, connections, people and credits. Your staff can be admins of each client, and xMap support can only open an organization when one of its admins allows it.
Can my clients log in themselves?
Yes, as members or viewers of their own organization, on your address if you use one. Or they never log in and receive the results by email, Slack, WhatsApp, their CRM or a shared dashboard.
Can we use our clients' own data?
Yes: CSV tables, PostgreSQL, BigQuery and Snowflake, CRM lookups and app accounts the client connects. xMap can also add a block for a client's own data source.
Which languages?
The app is in English. The guide and the deck are in 23 languages, and flows work in any language: AI agents answer in the language people write in, and emails and reports carry whatever text you give them.
Which countries does the data cover?
The places database, live listings, job postings, road incidents, satellite pictures and weather work worldwide. Residents data covers about 100 countries; ship coverage depends on the region; regional datasets differ by country.
