Pay for the data you use
Every run uses credits: each block shows its price. A run that fails pays only for the live data and AI it used, and sending is charged only for what was actually sent. Start free, then pick a plan or buy packs.

No plan needed. Packs are one payment, and credits you buy never expire. Turn on auto-recharge to top up by itself when you run low.

Questions
Do credits expire?
Credits you buy (packs, auto-recharge, invoices) never expire. A plan adds its credits every month; plan credits left at the end of the month are replaced by the next month's. Runs use plan credits first.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from the Billing page. Upgrades start straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you paid for.
How does auto-recharge work?
Choose a level and a pack. When your credits fall below the level, we charge the card on file for the pack and add the credits at once, with an email each time. You set a monthly limit.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe; your card details never reach xMap. Every payment comes with an invoice and receipt. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice and bank transfer.
What about taxes?
Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes that may apply where you are. Add your company's tax ID at checkout or in Manage billing, and it appears on your invoices.
Who can manage billing?
Organization admins. Everyone in the organization shares its credits; members see the balance and the credit history.
