Every month: new cafes, gyms and restaurants opened in the last year (a sign an area is on the rise), counted per area, with who lives there, scored by xMap AI and shown on a heat map.
In one sentence: Monthly on the 1st at 08:00, in Toronto, find coffee shops, gyms and restaurants in the area, count who lives around, score and rank them with xMap AI, then show them on a map and email the list to you.
